Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, please let us know so that we can issue you a refund OR replacement, your choice. You MUST Call or Email First for a RMA # BEFORE sending any product back to us.

We will try our best, within reason, to accommodate you! If YOU order the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the unopened product, with price adjustment as needed. If you ordered the wrong product, you will be charged shipping for the correct replacements to be sent and you will be responsible for shipping the original ordered products back to us. If WE send you the wrong product, we will bear the shipping cost.

RETURNING PRODUCTS - Returns of unused merchandise in "resalable" condition will be accepted with NO charge for a period of 90 days from shipping.

If you would like to return a product and receive a replacement or refund, please email us at:
customerservice @ pawbearers.com and put "Request RMA" in the "subject" line of the email. In the "body" of the email, request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Include your full name (name you ordered with), invoice number, and product you would like to be replaced (or receive refund) for reference. ONLY returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted.

For fastest service please use email for all correspondence. You will be given complete address, shipping and labeling instructions at the time you are issued the RMA #. This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.

RMAs are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Pawbearers.com. will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above. Return the product in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice with your return, if possible.
